Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has two new injury concerns to contend with ahead of Wednesday night's UEFA Champions League clash with Manchester United.
The Nerazzuri were comfortable at Genoa on Saturday but the victory came at a cost as defensive duo Marco Materazzi and Nicolas Burdisso both picked up knocks.
With Cristian Chivu and Walter Samuel already struggling to make the second leg of the last 16 tie, Mourinho may have to start with midfielder Esteban Cambiasso as a makeshift central defender at Old Trafford.
The Portuguese remains characteristically unflappable though and is confident the Argentine will prove a success in the role if called upon - having been impressed with his exertions in Genoa.
"We have faith for the game in Manchester even if I won't be able to sleep because we'll have lots of problems in defence against very strong, attacking opponents," Mourinho told Sky television.
"This team have always come out with their heads held high despite all the problems.
"In defence, without Materazzi and Burdisso, without me being able to make any more changes, the spirit of the squad has come to the fore.
"Cambiasso played magnificently as a centre back and on the field he has been a leader."
