TNA wrestler Booker T has plans to run a huge wrestling convention on Friday, April 3rd in his hometown of Houston, Texas. Coincidentally, WWE's holding Wrestlemania XXV festivities nearby the TNA Superstar's event the very same day.
Booker T's charitable organization, Fight for Kid's Foundation, will present the "Legends of Wrestling Fanfest" at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston -- the same venue Ring of Honor will be holding events at that weekend.
A number of huge wrestling names are advertised to appear at "Legends of Wrestling Fanfest" including TNA champion Sting, Kevin Nash, Samoa Joe, Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, Torrie Wilson, Christy Hemme, Sid Vicious, Jake Roberts, Jimmy Hart, Booker T, Sharmell, Nick Bockwinkel, Tito Santana, Ron Simmons, and a few more names to be announced.
