Unlike Kip James and Jacqueline, TNA Knockout Roxxi has not been pulled from television. She was not used at the last set of Impact tapings due to the company's new edict to only bring in talent written into the shows. Considering she wasn't scheduled to appear on either episode of Impact, she simply worked last week's Destination X pay-per-view and returned home. Fellow Knockout Rhaka Khan wasn't brought in for the same reason.

-- As noted last year, TNA has a lawsuit on their hands, courtesy of former performer Charles Ashenoff (Konnan). He is suing his former employer for racism and discrimination, alleging that while the company said that they would help pay for his hip replacement surgery, they did not. In an update on the lawsuit, TNA is responsible for the first million dollars in their defense against Ashenoff, but insurance kicked in after the first million and will cover additional legal fees and any potential losses. Ashenoff's lawyer Cary Ichter has been reaching out to several people within TNA in hopes of finding additional people who will testify against the company.

-- In addition to Daffney (TNA's "The Governor"), Madison Rayne also took part in the new all-girl promotion called Wrestlicious. Though she wasn't seen in the video, she took part in a slate of shows taped last August. Both women's wrestlers are now under contract to TNA, so they won't be able to appear on their shows beyond what has already been taped.
