Update: Vince Against the Idea of an ECW Talent in the MITB Match

We reported several days ago that Christian's largest hazard in WWE is Vince McMahon himself. McMahon has never seen Christian as a top player and feels his look and persona do not dictate a true main eventer. In an update to this story, Prowrestling.net is reporting that Vince was also against the idea of putting Christian in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Wrestlemania 25. It was only through the lobbying of several creative team members, specifically Raw head writer Brian Gewirtz, that Christian was able to enter the match. Given the fact that Vince does not view him as a main eventer, however, I would be very surprised if he actually came out of the match as the winnner.
