The Boogeyman is already booking himself on the independents as he's set to appear at Signamania on April 25th in Pennsylvania and at the "Legends of the Ring" convention in May. Interestingly, he is using his full gimmick and costume that should be owned and controlled by the WWE as they do all their intellectual property.
