Ricardo Lamas v. Bart Palaszewski
Round 1
Lamas gets a single-leg takedown into Palaszewski’s guard. Lamas postures up and hits the head and body with his right hand. From his back, Palaszewski passes an arm with hie legs and elbows the head while trying to secure a triangle. Lamas escapes danger and lands some good punches from the guard. Lamas stands and tries a jump pass that is easily stuffed by Palaszewski. Lamas’ mistake allows Palaszewski to stand. Lamas takes Palaszewski down but immediately is forced to fight off a kimura attempt. He frees his right arm and tees off with rights and lefts. Palaszewski stands and lands some beautiful rights to the body before the bell sounds.

Round 2
Palaszewski gets sloppy with his hands and allows Lamas to clinch. Lamas works an over-under as he presses Palaszewski against the fence. Palaszewski briefly gets off the cage, but Lamas pins him right back up against the cage. Lamas drops levels for a single leg and lands a kick to the head from an unlikely position behind Palaszewski. Lamas drags his opponent to the floor and punches the head in guard. Palaszewski looks for an armbar from guard and Lamas has none of it. Lamas tees off as Palaszewski stands.

Round 3
Palaszewski presses the pace to start round three and foot connects with his cup. Time is given for him to recover and the action is restarted. Palaszewski connects to the ribs with a kick. Lamas reaches down and picks Palaszewski up before slamming him hard to the floor. Lamas does little from within the guard as Palaszewski’s ground defense is rock solid. Lamas postures and connects with a left hand.With 65 seconds remaining, Palaszewski locks on a kimura. Lamas gets free and lands a few punches before Palaszewski got to his feet.
